Artist Collective
The Full Story
Artist Collective is a college group of various majors and degrees coming together to participate in community events involving the arts. Around the end of 2022 the idea of rebranding came into play along with possible logo design. The idea being to have a recognizable icon or image that could be used to identify Artist Collective while also able to be used in possible grab and go products for students and fellow artist and supporters. Ideas got bounced around and it eventually came to us to use our felt mascot.
Enter Bimmely.
Bimmely was originally used as a sort of Flat Stanley for our out of state trips. This little bean of a character stayed with us throughout our San Francisco trip and felt (pun intended) a part of the group. It helped that Bimmely was simplistic in form and can be work with.
